I Respect Juliana Kanyomozi

Leone Island singer Ronald Ssemawere popularly known as Guvnor Ace has come out to clear the air over a recent article, that appeared in a local tabloid, that quotes him claiming that singer Juliana Kanyomozi is older than his wife Mona Lisa.

Guvnor, 28, made headlines in August this year after he tied the knot with 68 year-old Lisa in a civil wedding in Kampala and has since been the subject of ridicule and praise alike over his decision. According to the article, Guvnor is quoted by a friend saying;

"There are female musicians who look older than my Lisa, like Juliana. So dating Juliana would be the equivalent of dating Lisa".

The singer has however denied any truth to these statements and distanced himself from them. Here's an excerpt from a Facebook post he put up earlier today; "Just bumped into a copy of one of Uganda's leading tabloids where they ran an article of me saying and I quote " JULIANA KANYOMOZI is Ten (10) times older than my wife" this is totally false!! I highly respect and appreciate all media houses but this story is false and you went a bit quite too far!! Me and JULIANA KANYOMOZI have been good friends for a good while now and its not logical for me to talk behind a friends back!!" he said.
